    Bibi-

The "lather" or bubbles are additives put in by the formula scientists because people believe that products only clean if there is foam. Soap works by emulsifying, basically surrounding the oils and dirts with its own chemicals. This does not need a lather, all it needs is a chemical that can do this. Think of a facial "toner" as opposed to soap. The toner takes up makeup and grease without foaming. Same concept here.

I have natural wavy hair. No shampoo or conditioner seem to be able to tame it. It just goes crazy after i wash it. Any ideas?

Yet another article that is trying to sell me 'essentials' that either i dont need or aren't going to work. I wish people would start writing about NATURAL REMEDIES for these types of situations! I mean, we're in the middle of a credit crunch! I cant afford to go out and buy a basket full of branded, over-priced c**p!

It doesn't have to lather to clean your hair, the lather comes from something added to the shampoo.
