The afternoon snack may consist of a bar and a yogurt. Two portions of rice with vegetables, a small portion of lean beef meat, and a glass of water are enough for dinner. A small cup of ice cream is allowed.

Friday:

For breakfast dieters should have two slices of whole grain with margarine and jam, and a glass of orange juice. Morning snack is the same as for the previous days. Lunch includes flat bread with beef steak, salad, and two glasses of water.

An apple or a bar should be had for snacks, and dinner consists of broiled chicken or fish with boiled vegetables, and a glass of red wine. A salad of fresh fruits is also indicated.

Saturday:

A banana with low-fat milk for breakfast, a tuna sandwich with salad and two glasses of water for lunch. The afternoon snack is low-fat yogurt with biscuits, dieters may eat later a small low-fat yogurt with an orange.

Dinner consists of a small bowl of pasta with tomato sauce, salad, a glass of red wine, and a glass of water.

Sunday:

Breakfast consists of cereals with low-fat milk and a glass of orange juice. Dieters may eat anything low in fats for lunch. A small low-fat yogurt with a bar and an apple may be had as snacks. The dieters may choose their own low-fat foods for dinner.
