Today's Meditation - Think Like a Winner

By Jane Powell - www.MeditationsForWomen.com

"When you try something new, you have little to lose and much to gain."

Of course success is never guaranteed, but that does not mean you should not try. Take comfort in knowing that even if you fail you are still gaining life experiences and making deposits into your bank of wisdom. You really have lost nothing in your pursuit. You have come out smarter, wiser and more prepared for your next challenge.

Arise to your next challenge. If you find yourself thinking, “What if I fail?” try turning that question around. Instead, ask yourself, “What if I succeed?” That’s how winners think!

I couldn't agree with you more and that was my attitude a long time ago, and I was one of the best I wasn't afraide of anything exploring and experimenting wer ever there was a challenge. If I told you there were no hard times I would be lying but because I was always a positive person I really can't remember them. The problem is that was then and this is now after two dievroce's and It took me two years to leave the first one and three years to leave the secound one It was very difficult the second one said she would never leve me because I treated her so well she said I would have to beat her to get her to leave well don't think for one minute that I entertained that thought what I did was go out and find her a man It was one of the hardest things I every had to do but for my own sanity I had to go through it.They have been married quite a while now and me well I moved in with my father who just happened to have three teenage girls I stayed there for about ten years I'm lucky I got out with my life. Once gone I spent five days in the hospital were I was recovering from diabetic coma I could see nothing but blackness for about an hour my life's light was out of course all this happened while I was under my fathers care he was my guardian and caregiver a year before the diabetes I had the misfortune of being the witness to a very serious batched surgery and I was partly paralyzed through out my body and If that wasn't bad enough 05 I was in another accident one year later to make sure my spirit was broken and It was but I'm starting to come out of It fine'ly your articale just gave me the positive reinforcement I was looking for and can't seem to get anywhere else ."Thank You for that." I moved to a convalesce hosptial for six months while I recovered from the diabetic coma while there I was able to plan my escape I've been living alone for five years and for a lone while I was doing pretty good but lately things have been on a slipery slop thats why your message was particularly priceless.
