How to make an easy holiday garland

affordable. <br><br>Materials<br><br>
<ul> <li>Beads, felt flowers, fabric scraps, and yarn.
You can use pretty much anything you have that has a hole large
enough for yarn to pass through. </li> <li>Scissors
</li> <li>A Yarn Needle </li> <li>Size I-9
crochet hook, or you can tie knots with your fingers,
whichever is easiest. </li> </ul>
