NJ Unemployment 11/23/08 Extension Letter- Where the heck is mine?!

<p>Hey everyone,<br><br>I just a have a&nbsp;question and I&#39;ve looked for an answer everywhere.&nbsp; So&nbsp;I figured, I can ask the community for some help, so here it goes:<br><br>I know Congress&nbsp;approved another extension&nbsp;in November and said they would start sending out letters to those who&nbsp;are eligible for that second extension.&nbsp; My benefits exhausted the&nbsp;week they announced the extension.<br><br>Along with quietly panicking, I&#39;ve also applied to literally 100 jobs since I was let go in January of&nbsp;this year and of course I&#39;ve had no luck.&nbsp;&nbsp;I haven&#39;t received any letter, and I don&#39;t know of anyone who has.<br><br>And we all know, trying to talk to a live person&nbsp;at the&nbsp;unemployment office is&nbsp;impossible.<br><br>Anyone have an answer?<br><br>Every time I call the unemployement number for New Jersey,&nbsp;it says to wait until&nbsp;12/19/08.&nbsp; My rent is due six days after that date.&nbsp;&nbsp;I am a nervous wreck.<br><br><strong>It&#39;s bad when the gas station on the corner&nbsp;won&#39;t eve hire you.</strong><br><br>If anyone has any insight, please feel free to comment.<br><br>Thanks in advance!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
