Hi, I’m an adult who secretly stomps in puddles while nobody’s looking.

As I sit here people watching in the University window, I see people scampering around the rain. They’re dodging here, bustling there, hopping over puddles. ..I have to snicker a little as they go through tremendous lengths to avoid water.

Oh rain boots, how I love thee. How did we ever live without them? It’s like empowerment against mother nature. I can breeze through streets or trek through mud without the slightest worry. Best of all, when nobody’s looking I take running stomps into puddles. I admit I occasionally get caught red-handed in the act, but I know my arbiter is secretly smiling wishing they had this new found liberation.

So famously made popular by Angelina Jolie’s killer action scene, Wellies have dominated at the hierarchy of rain boots. All while Kate Moss has been rocking the classic black Wellies, I opted for a pair of hunter green boots for a funky twist. Who can resist functionality + hotness?
