anyway, on to the title/heading thingy. Well the past few days ive been you know, excersizing (; and eating a 'tad' bit healthier then what i have been, now im forcing myself to spew. Because im SICK OF BEING FAT!
Yeah, i want to be like those models, anerexic models. Well not that thin.
So i can wear short short's && bikini's. You know?
My friends are very suportive, so is my mom and dad. Well i take that back, mom and dad arnt very supportive.
Im sick and tierd of being the 'fatty', in my class.
Anyone.. idea me.
Oh btw, im 13 not 23 so no PILL'S!

BUT CERTIAN EXCERCISE MAY BE WRONG FOR YOU LIKE THERES SOME I USED ALOT DONT WORK FOR ME SO I WALK ALOT AN IT WORKS FOR ME, TRY WALKING AND BYCYLING FOR A WHINMLE EVERYDAY WHILE ITS WARM THEN GO INTO AROBICS OR MAYBE WORKING WITH WEIGHTS I DONT MEAN YOU KNOW GO OVERBORD FOR BUFFY BADY IS NOT WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT OK? GIRL YOU CAN DO IT, BUY SOME BARBELLS AND MABY SOME DIFFERNET KINDF OF WEIGTS AND A VIDEO ONE I USE THAT IS REALLY GOOD AND THE ONLY PLACE THAT CARRIE IT IS AT BARNS AND NOBLE BOOK STORE OK, ITS CALLED "THE FIRM" THIS CASE HAS CARDIO WORKOUT AND MUSCLE TONING AND SOME REALLY WORKOUTS WHERE YOU SLIM DOWN AND LOSE WEIGHT IT WORKS FOR ME I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS YOU PROBABLY DO TRY GOING TO THAT BOOKSTORE AND THEY HAVE ALL KINDS OF OTHER EXCERSISE VIDEOS BUT I RECOMEND YOU TRY THE ON I USE OK GOOD LUCK!!!

Report AbuseListen I have alway's struggle with my weight and loving myself. I decided to do what it took to try to be a perfect image so I could be accepted by people. I started every kind of diet, diet pills, smoking marijuana, taking speed, only eating a candy bar everyday, smoking, etc., but it wasn't until I gave my life to Christ and took the focus off of myself and onto his word, I started losing weight, I have lost over 100lbs and I have more to lose but it is not my focus. When your hungry try picking up the word of God. Ask Jesus to come into your life if you haven't already and I ask him to forgive your sins and iniquities which is doing things your own way and watch you life and body image change for the good. Start loving you don't worry what people think. Look in that mirror and say how you love you and you will be fine. God loves you and I love you too!!

Report AbuseAt 13, the last thing you want to do is "spew" while your body is still growing especially. This is how stomach cancer, intestinal troubles and so on happens. So on that note...
Count your calories. There are tons of web sites that will calculate your height and weight and then tell you how to go about it. You are STILL young so get your booty outside and play! I promise that is the best way to get skinny...or close to it. Dont stop eating and dont spew it up. That only makes you swell up most of the time. Eat more raw fruits and vegetables and get outside and play! Basketball, catch, bike riding...there are sooo many things you can do. And I promise you will see results.As long as you keep active. Hope this helps.

Report Abusewell first of all i have two daughters that are about to reach there teen years and what i would tell my kids to do if they felt that way is to just dont let your selfestem get the best of you and just try to lay of the sodas and to lay off the candy its not only bad for your weight but your teeth to and then just find the right excersise and do your best but dont wear yourself out you are still just a child and you should not put yourself down you and get your parents involved the are a good source to fall on let them help you maybe they will excerise with you and help you out i struggled with it to oh also if you eat to much bread and potatoes they are very fatty foods im not saying become a vegaterian because thats not really healthy milk is really good to just two precent is better and eat three meals a day but small portions at a time is what the doctor told me but remember you are beautiful no matter what anyone says thats the best way to help loss it if you get down and out about it it will just make it worse
