I was never a firm believer of online relationships but I have been
proven wrong.
FC and I have shared some personal moments with everyone here on
Shine however our deep emotions are developing via our
conversations on Shine.
It is here where I am realizing how deep and magnificent this woman
truly is. We have been through alot together and often times it has
been in the negative realm. We are done and over with that
now. We are now in the process of growing our emotions
deeper for one another because we have already settled our
differences.
As she had stated today, she did not want to just settle for the
surface when she decided to get to know me. She wanted to delve
deeper than that and she did. In order to have a long and
sustaining relationship you must 'know' you partner. I
believe that the best way to do so is through communication and
debate. When you bring the physical into the relationship it may
confuse you on what you really want and need. We forget about the
real meaning of a relationship and we just rely on the physical
aspect of it.
FC and I have taken the time out and devoted ourselves into
understanding one another through our interactions on the internet.
We have shared many stories and we have been able to discuss what
we are really looking for in our partnership. This helps us to
relaize that there is so much more to a relationship than just our
physical pleasure.
This way of thinking or shall I say dating is one that is
untraditional. It is not your normal way of getting to know one and
another. And to me it is much more romantic. She knows me now more
than I know myself. This will help us when we do unite and become
one in the physical sense because we already know each other to a
T. She is such an intelligent and wonderful woman by having our
relationship go down this path. The anticipation to be with her is
at an all time high and when it does come to fruition it will last
an eternity.
She was able to let our love grow. She was able to let us grow
together so that when we are with each other there will be no
arguments as to who needs to change because we already understand
who we are as individuals. We have tapped into each other's
mind and soul and that is so much productive than unbuttoning one
pants for just a moments pleasure.
This could have not been done without the help of Shine. So I say
to all my Shiners ... shine on because you never know if you will
meet the love of your life.

To tell you the truth I am not nor was I ever a believer of online dating, because of my past situation which you know of and so does Shiners with having been hurt, but since coming on Shine things seem to have changed all that for me.
I agree that this type of dating, although untraditional can be very fruitful and helping the couples learn about eachother before they make the leap of physical love-which most often obscures visions and perceptions of whom the person is about and what he/she has to offer and how genuine the person is.
Communication is crutial in a relationship since it allows one another to get to know eachother better their likes/dislikes, their gripes, etc... which helps to build a foundation that is necessary for growth to take place in the relationship. It is also important to settle differences, as TL had mentioned here on this post.
I agree with you TL, on the note that most often people meet eachother and just zip down their pants to begin their relationship (which is so easy to do and doesn't require a brain surgeon to know how to have sex) it is however the getting to know one another and having patience and understanding, hope, faith, devotion, love, peace, passion, compassion, etc.. towards eachother that grows the relationship and not the physical part.

I just wanted to let you know that someone seems to have been using my name and some personal info to advertise some x rated dating site(which btw is appaling and in poor taste considering my caliber and high standards). Could it be this low class w---- who has been stalking me? I am just wondering but I really don't care because I really don't have to prove myself to anyone and so this will just be a waste of their time for them to go all out of their ways and waste all their energies to get to me. Anywasys, this shows they have a rotten life, their immaturity, jealousy and judmental(as you have stated before).
