It is a Tuesday and you are talking to your sister on the phone when suddenly it hits you like a brick: yesterday was her birthday and you forgot it again!
Yikes, how did that happen? Well, your daughter did have the flu, your boss dumped that big project on you at the last minute, and parent-teacher conferences certainly threw a wrench in your schedule!
